The three files in this directory named IFRPAPER.* are all versions of the
same document but saved in different formats. IFREMAIL.TXT includes a cover
sheet which refers to this AFTP location.

IFREMAIL.TXT Is an ASCII version suitable for E-Mail transmission.
IFRPAPER.DOC Is in WordPerfect 5.1 format
IFRPAPER.RTF Is in Rich Text Format
IFRPAPER.PS  Was printed to this file by WordPerfect 5.2 (DOS) using
             the HP Laserjet III PostScript Driver.
