Jacobian matrices from uedge tests in
~uedge-dev/test/Forthon_cases/Sec_work_tests/Case_1cde/.
They are used for testing Hypre AMG preconditioner.
The result from petsc-uedge.F90 is given in the file uedge-hypreDec20_07.pdf.
