The 1st column represents a combination of the enzymes an alternative version under consideration.
The 2nd column lists IDs particular ORFs in B.subtilis corresponding to the specific EC numbers from the column 1 (WIT IDs are used in this case).
The 3rd column displays the probability scores of occurrence of a particular alternative version of a pathway in a given organism. The scores are calculated according to the following algorithm:

2 + (E_F - E_M - 0.5 * E_NS) -------------------- (E_T)

E_F -- number off enzymes found in the genome
E_M -- number of enzymes from particular version of a pathway missing in the genome
E_NS-- number of enzymes that are not sequenced in any organisms and thus are impossible to recognize via conventional sequence analysis techniques
E_T -- total number of enzymes in pathway
