- Added explicit control over aggregators for collective operations
(see description of cb_config_list).
- Added the following working hints: cb_config_list,
romio_cb_read, romio_cb_write,
romio_ds_read. These additional hints have
been added but are currently ignored by the implementation:
romio_ds_write, romio_no_indep_rw.
- Added NTFS ADIO implementation.
- Added testfs ADIO implementation for use in debugging.
- Added delete function to ADIO interface so that file systems that
need to use their own delete function may do so (e.g. PVFS).
- Changed version numbering to match version number of MPICH release.
